BoardCheck exist in two versions – a basic version and an extended version including facilitation of the final results. This gives you the opportunity to choose the version that fits your needs best.
The board of directors´ individual scores and responses will be anonymously presented word for word in the BoardCheck report. The chairman will receive the report electronically and will present it alone for the board of directors, including the facilitation and dialouge regarding the board of directors´ role and operation.
The investment for the BoardCheck basic version is dkk 30.000,- for the first years BoardCheck and dkk 15.000,- for the following years BoardCheck.
The board of directors´ individual scores and responses will be processed and presented in a gathered section for each of the scoring points within the framework of the questions. This ensures the highest possible level of anonymity. Before debriefing the BoardCheck report Vinderstrategi A/S will have a meeting with the chairman, and afterwards present the report for the board of directors as well as facilitate the dialog regarding the board of directors´ role and operation.
The investment for the BoardCheck extended version with facilitation is dkk 50.000,- for the first years BoardCheck and dkk 25.000,- for the following years BoardCheck.
